Hey, I’m Judi from Germany and I’ve been a volunteer in ADI Negev for already almost 3 months.

It’s very hard to summarize my time here in only a few words but all in all, I’m very happy to have the possibility to be here. The work isn’t always easy but then I remember for what purpose I’m here, and that makes me see a lot of wonderful things: a resident starting to hold her spoon all by herself during lunch, another resident visibly enjoying being outside so much by smiling the whole time, a caregiver starting to call my name and giving me sweets and another volunteer preparing me a meal for when I come home after my evening shift.

I’m so glad that I can give my love to these special people!
