ADI for YOU Hosts a Professional Conference on CBT at ADI Jerusalem

ADI Jerusalem recently held a professional conference for social workers, educational advisors and caregivers as part of the ADI for YOU community involvement initiative.

Dr. Naomi Appel, specialist in cognitive behavior therapy and director of the Shitot Institute, presented the main lecture, The Parental Journey in Light of CBT, offering advice and tools in relating to parents in general and parents of children with disabilities in particular.

Approximately 60 professionals took part in the well-presented, enjoyable morning session, voicing satisfaction and gratitude for the initiative and expressing their desire for additional workshops.
